The office has rubber bands and scissors to cut off extra poster if applicable. The office DOES NOT provide poster tubes.

How do I know when my poster is ready?

We will contact you via email when your poster is ready for pick up.

Poster Recommendations

  • We strongly recommend that you keep the poster background white, and use color for the graphics, section titles, borders, etc. This will give your text good contrast and use much less ink.
  • Recommended poster size is 48 inches wide by 36 inches height in PowerPoint.
    • The poster printer uses a 36” paper roll, so all posters will need to be 36” in one of the directions, either horizontal or vertical. The other dimension can be any length.
  • Always be sure to use the most recent logos.
