Since earning his PhD in 1983, Dr. Hart has completed research in areas such as biological tissue structure, more specifically, how tissues can be simulated and how bone tissue might react to mechanical stimuli. He has also worked on research in the area of brain physics, spine mechanics, and ophtalmology. Recently, he has been working on projects that model the mechanical communication of cell seeds, development of orthopedic implants, the mechanics of the eye, and the response of bone to low intensity vibration.
