Graduate School Matching Tuition and Fee Awards (GFA’s)

To request Graduate School Matching Tuition and Fee Awards (GFAs) from the Graduate School:

1. The faculty member (principal investigator) must complete a request that aligns with College and Graduate School priorities. A Pre-approval Form must be received by La’Tonia Stiner-Jones at least 3 weeks before any proposal is to be submitted. (Failure to meet this requirement likely will result in the request being denied.) Faculty are required to attach copies of the College of Engineering priority statement, proposed budget, and award announcement to the Pre-Approval Form. Please see complete instructions for details: https://intranet.engineering.osu.edu/about/faculty-and-staff/faculty.

The BME Graduate Studies Chair, Samir Ghadiali, will review for approval, and the request will be submitted to College of Engineering Graduate Program Manager, La’Tonia Stiner-Jones for review and approval.

B. If you are a non-BME, CoE faculty member:
The BME Graduate Studies Chair, Samir Ghadiali, will review for approval, and the request will be returned to the faculty member who must initiate processing by his/her grant administrator and submission to College of Engineering Graduate Program Manager, La’Tonia Stiner-Jones for review and approval.
