Mitra was awarded on November 6 for his work in developing an efficient, inexpensive biotechnology that works as a filter as it protects human blood samples from tumor cells. The patent-pending OncoFilter is the project of Kinshuk and his team, whose next goals are to expand the team, create new models of the technolog and seek more funding.
