Alevriadou Recognized by the American Physiological Society

The Publications Committee of the American Physiological Society recently presented Dr. Rita Alevriadou, associate professor, Biomedical Engineering and Internal Medicine (Cardiovascular Medicine), with a certificate in recognition of her inclusion among a select group of Editorial Board members – the Start Reviewers of 2015. This program recognizes reviewers who consistently go above and beyond the call of duty. The Star Reviewers 2015 were announced at the Editorial Boards meeting held at the Experimental Biology meeting in San Diego, California, in April 2016.
Dr. Alevriadou has been an Editorial Board member of the American Journal of Physiology-Cell Physiology since 2002.
