Cynthia Roberts honored with Lans Distinguished Lecturer Award

Cynthia Roberts, professor in Ophthalmology and Biomedical Engineering, was recently honored with the Lans Distinguished Lecturer Award during the International Society of Refractive Surgery (ISRS) at the recent American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) annual meeting in San Francisco. 

The Lans Distinguished Lecturer Award honors Dr. Leendert J. Lans. Given annually, the award is given to an individual who has made innovative contributions to the field of refractive surgery, especially in the correction of astigmatism.
