Joe Awarded Prestigious Presidential Postdoctoral Scholarship

Joe Sharick was awarded the prestigious 2020 OSU Presidential Postdoctoral Scholarship. The award was given to only ten scholars at Ohio State from a range of subject matter from mathematical phylogenetics to cancer biology. Joe submitted a proposal with his faculty mentors, Dr. Leight and Dr. Kirschner. His project will focus on adapting our fluorogenic peptide hydrogel system to measure the metastatic potential of human thyroid cancers. Congratulations Joe!
