Deja Defends Undergraduate Thesis

Deja Rush, an undergraduate student in the Leight Lab, successfully defended her undergraduate thesis on April 1st! Her work focused on the identification of a peptide substrate that could be incorporated into a local drug delivery system targeting liposarcom by leveraging MDM2-induced MMP activation. Following graduation this May, she will be starting medical school! Congratulations and good luck to Deja!
