Hund lab awarded new NIH grant to study TREK-1 channels and cardiac arrhythmia

We are very pleased to announce that the Hund lab has received a new 4-year R01 grant from NIH/NHLBI for the project entitled "Role of TREK-1 in modulating cardiac excitability and arrhythmias."   The project is a collaboration with Krishna Chinthalapudi, PhD, Assistant Professor, Physiology & Cell Biology; Isabelle Deschenes, PhD, Professor and Chair, Physiology & Cell Biology and Peter Mohler, PhD, Professor, Physiology & Cell Biology and Internal Medicine.  Thanks and congrats to the whole team!
